- After 3 attempts to log in with incorrect User ID/password, the account will be locked for 30 minutes. If your account has been locked and you can not reset your password you must contact your Ga. Gateway Administrator. The Ga. Gateway Administrator is the person designated as the Administrator by your Agency. The Administrator is responsible for Ga. Gateway usage, compliance and monitoring for your agency.
- Passwords expire every 30 days. If your password has expired you can reset your password by clicking on the hyperlink.
- After login, if the you are inactive for 12 minutes, you will get a warning message that you will be logged out if you remain inactive. The warning message will appear for 3 minutes and if no activity has occured, you will be automatically logged out.
